Oakland Christian School is committed to providing an environment in which faculty and staff understand the importance of the strategic direction of the school.
The OCS University was created to link the picture of the school to the behavior of the employee. On a regular basis, OCS employees attend training sessions at OCSU to listen to and have dialogue concerning the growth cycle of Oakland Christian School. School employees provide input and suggestions as well as give feedback regarding any concerns they may have.
At OCS, our people are considered one of the school's greatest assets. Providing teaching and training for them is essential to having the school employee understand the importance of their performance.
Investment into our faculty and staff is a key to the ongoing strength of Oakland Christian School. Walt Disney once said, "You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful place in the world…but it requires people to make the dream a reality.” We, as a school believe this and are committed to the continuous training of our employees.
