ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
Oakland Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Athletic Director to lead and grow our school athletic programs in alignment with our mission, the policies of OCS, the Michigan Independent Athletic Association (MIAC), and the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). This individual will oversee all aspects of the athletic department, including supporting and developing coaches, fostering student-athlete growth, enhancing athletic facilities, and cultivating school spirit and culture. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader committed to excellence in athletics and Christ-centered leadership.
DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS
We are seeking a Director of Academic Affairs to provide strategic academic leadership and oversee curriculum development, school improvement initiatives, accreditation, professional development, and instructional support across JK–12. This role partners closely with school leadership to ensure academic excellence, support faculty growth, and advance Oakland Christian School’s mission and Biblical worldview.
DIRECTOR OF SPIRITUAL LIFE
Oakland Christian School is seeking a passionate and relational Director of Spiritual Life to provide vision and leadership for the spiritual formation of our school community. This individual will cultivate a Christ-centered culture by investing in students, leading meaningful chapel and discipleship opportunities, equipping faculty and staff as spiritual leaders, partnering with families, and teaching Bible as assigned. The ideal candidate has a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, a heart for discipling students, and experience in Christian leadership, pastoral ministry, or Christian education. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the spiritual life of a JK–12 school committed to developing students who know Christ, grow in their faith, and impact the world for His Kingdom.
HIGH SCHOOL SPANISH TEACHER
We are seeking a High School Spanish Teacher who instructs students in Spanish while supporting the school’s mission and fostering academic, personal, and spiritual growth. This role involves planning engaging, standards-aligned instruction, maintaining a positive and respectful classroom environment, and assessing student progress to meet course and schoolwide goals. The teacher collaborates with colleagues, communicates effectively with families, and is committed to ongoing professional development and student success.
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
We are looking for individuals to populate our substitute teacher pool! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following and teaching lesson plans, aiding students in understanding subject matter, and ensuring that regular classroom routines are followed. You must pass a background check and have at least 60 college credit hours to apply.
8TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL COACH
Oakland Christian School is seeking an 8th Grade Volleyball Coach to lead and mentor student-athletes while supporting the vision and philosophy of our volleyball program. The ideal candidate has volleyball coaching experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ that aligns with the mission and values of Oakland Christian School.
