ACADEMIC SEMINAR TEACHER
Oakland Christian School is looking for a Shared Time Mentor to oversee students’ educational progress in Oxford Community Schools’ non-essential courses while partnering closely with teachers, families, and the Oxford Virtual Academy. This role ensures student success by monitoring coursework, providing support and communication, and facilitating interventions and technical assistance as needed. Applicants should be Christians who support students academically and personally from a Christ-centered perspective.
CHILD CARE WORKER
Oakland Christian School is seeking a caring, dependable individual to join our after school childcare team, working with elementary students from 12:00–4:30 pm on school days. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging environment that supports student well-being and reflects a heart for children and Christ.
SECONDARY ACADEMIC SUPPORT TEACHER
The Secondary Academic Support Teacher works with students, teachers, and parents to provide differentiated instruction and targeted interventions that promote academic success. This role includes collaborating with faculty and counselors, implementing Tier I–III supports, and using data-driven strategies to address learning needs in reading, writing, and math.
SUBSTITUTE SPANISH IMMERSION TEACHER
We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking substitute teacher. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following and teaching lesson plans, aiding students in understanding subject matter, and ensuring that regular classroom routines are followed. You must pass a background check to apply.
