ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
Oakland Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Athletic Director to lead and grow our school athletic programs in alignment with our mission, the policies of OCS, the Michigan Independent Athletic Association (MIAC), and the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). This individual will oversee all aspects of the athletic department, including supporting and developing coaches, fostering student-athlete growth, enhancing athletic facilities, and cultivating school spirit and culture. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader committed to excellence in athletics and Christ-centered leadership.
DIGITAL MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Oakland Christian School is seeking a Digital Media & Communications Coordinator to share the stories, people, programs, and events that make up life at OCS. This role oversees social media, website content, ParentSquare, digital displays, newsletters, photography, and marketing support while working closely with faculty and staff across the school.
LICENSED COUNSELOR/SOCIAL WORKER
Oakland Christian School is seeking a School-Based Counselor to provide counseling, early intervention, and support for students navigating behavioral, social, emotional, and academic needs. This role works closely with students, families, faculty, and school leadership to provide individualized support and crisis response within a Biblical Worldview.
STUDENT CHILD CARE (OMEGA) WORKER
Oakland Christian School is seeking a caring, dependable student (at least 16 years old) to join our after school childcare team, working with elementary students from 3–5 PM on Wednesdays. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging environment that supports student well-being and reflects a heart for children and Christ.
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
We are looking for individuals to populate our substitute teacher pool! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following and teaching lesson plans, aiding students in understanding subject matter, and ensuring that regular classroom routines are followed. You must pass a background check and have at least 60 college credit hours to apply.
