Elementary students enjoy weekly chapels that include engaging messages from a variety of guest speakers and praise songs supported by upper elementary students. Teachers and their classes also prepare and present chapel messages that engage the students with the spiritual theme for the year. Parents are always welcome to attend chapel.
Every week in chapel, middle school students pause from their academics to refocus their hearts and minds on Christ. It also provides an opportunity for them to use their God-given gifts to serve Him and their classmates (1 Peter 4:10-11). Students volunteer to serve with audio/visual setup, skit performances, and sharing devotional thoughts. Worship is led by students that practice their musical abilities in their elective Praise Band class. All service opportunities are intended to train and encourage our students to discover, develop, and deploy their gifts to be used in their local churches. Guest speakers also challenge our student body with God’s word.
Each week the High School student body comes together to fellowship, worship and share a message from the word of God. The one-hour mid-week service generally begins with a student lead period of worship and is frequently complimented by a skit or drama presentation. A devotional message is often presented by a local speaker or pastor that focuses on the weekly or monthly theme. Students are encouraged and equipped to grow.
