Starting your journey at Oakland Christian School is an exciting time, and we’re thrilled to welcome you into our community! Our Superintendent, Susan Brock, looks forward to meeting each new parent and introducing you to the heart of OCS. During the New Parent Orientation, you’ll attend break-out sessions for elementary and secondary parents, as well as explore informational tables featuring Athletics, Parent Teacher Fellowship, Services, School Nurse, and more. It’s the ideal opportunity to make connections and get off to a great start as part of the OCS family!
Elementary (Jr. K–5th Grade) Meet the Teacher

ALL JR. K–5TH-GRADE PARENTS & STUDENTS
As we prepare for our first day of school, we invite all of our elementary students to stop by on Friday, August 14 to meet your teachers, check out your classrooms, and find your lockers! This is an open-house format so you may come anytime between 4:30 and 6:30 pm.
6th–12th Grade Events

New 6th–12th-Grade Students
All new 6th–12th-grade students are invited to a student activity hosted by our incredible team of student ambassadors. It's an opportunity for our new students to get to know their fellow students and prepare for an unforgettable year ahead. Various interactive activities, games, and icebreakers will put students at ease and foster new friendships. Our student ambassadors will guide our new students through the event, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
6TH GRADE ORIENTATION

5:30 pm (immediately preceding the 6–12th Grade Meet the Teacher event)

All new and returning 6th-grade students and parents are invited to join us in the main gym for an orientation for our 6th-grade students.
