FACTS/Family Portal

The OCS online system for enrolling, scheduling, re-enrollment, and report cards is called the “FACTS/Family Portal”. Tuition/billing accounts for all OCS families are also in the FACTS/Family Portal system. Student homework is not in the FACTS/Family Portal, but in the Schoology learning management system instead.

Logging in to FACTS/Family Portal (Parents and Students):

New Parents (Enrolling a student for the first time):  Click the "Go to FACTS Family Portal" button below, and then click on the link to “Create New Family Portal Account”, at the bottom of the form next to the LOG IN button.  A message containing account set-up instructions will be sent to your email address.  (Please wait at least 15 minutes for the message to arrive in your email). New students do not create their own FACTS accounts.  Those are created for them by the school. 

Returning Students and Parents: Please do not create new accounts, as this may result in duplicate accounts and could delay your FACTS access and re-enrollment.

FACTS/Family Portal accounts for current students and parents:  If you don't know your password, or if you receive an error stating “Invalid Credentials ”, use this Forgot Password form to reset your new account. You may need to wait at least 15 minutes for the password message to arrive in your email.   

Note:  If prompted to enter a "District Code", use OCS-MI
