Last Home Football Game – Senior Night
Join us for the final "home" football game of the season on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 1800 Valley View Dr., Auburn Hills.
The night will include:
- Recognition of Senior Athletes
- Recognition of our Elementary and Middle School Football Teams at 6:00 PM
- A special performance from the Elementary Cheerleaders alongside our High School cheer squad during the first half
Festivities kick off at 6:00 PM, with the game starting at 7:00 PM. Come early, enjoy the pre-game fun, and help us celebrate our athletes, cheerleaders, and seniors as we close out the season together!

Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences
Elementary Parent Teacher Conferences
Elementary conferences will be held on Thursday, October 2, from 1:00–4:00 pm and Monday, October 6, from 3:45–8:00 pm. Please note that October 2 is a half-day for elementary students only, with dismissal at 12:00 pm. Conferences are a great opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher, hear about their progress, and partner together in supporting their learning.Teachers will send you a link via email to sign up for a conference time on either Oct. 2or Oct. 6. Please contact your child's teacher if you have conference-related questions.

Elementary Fall Festival
Join us in the parking lot on Monday, October 13 from 5–6:30 PM for hot dogs, candy, face painting, and fun! Wear a friendly costume if you’d like.
This event is co-sponsored by the PTF and our high school leadership class. This event is for the whole school community, whether you decorate a trunk, donate candy, or attend with your elementary students. Contact Chris Malmstrom at cmalmstrom@oaklandchristian.com for more information.

Grandparent's Day Chapel
Elementary grandparents are invited to join us for a special chapel on Wednesday, October 15 at 8:15 AM.
Students will lead the grandparents in worship during chapel and there will be a photo opportunity with their grandchildren after the chapel.

Book Fair
We’re excited to host our annual Book Fair from October 13–17! Students will visit the fair twice during the week, once to browse and create a wish list, and again to shop for their favorite finds. Parents are also welcome to shop 30 minutes before or after school (Monday–Thursday).

Secondary Parent Teacher Conferences
Secondary Parent Teacher Conferences (Grades 6–12)
Secondary conferences will take place on Thursday, October 2, and Monday, October 6, from 4:30–7:00 pm. Teachers will be available in the main gym, and no appointment is necessary. Families are encouraged to connect with teachers to discuss student progress and goals for the school year. -
7–12th Grade Concert
The school family is invited to enjoy music performed by our secondary band, orchestra, and chorus students on Thursday, October 9 from 7–9 PM. Come enjoy a night of musical works and show your support for the hard work the students have invested in preparing them.

Annual Rake & Run
We are partnering with the Auburn Hills Community Center for our annual Rake and Run. On Wednesday, October 22 from 3:15–5:00pm, students and families are invited to help rake the yards of elderly and disabled neighbors. We’ll meet in the secondary lobby and provide addresses. Rakes and bags will be supplied—all you need to bring is a willing heart and water. Let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus to our community!

Registration Now Open for 25-26 Athletics
Use the link below to register and complete the required forms for athletics. You can sign up now for any of the three sport seasons—fall, winter, or spring. Coaches will review rosters and will reach out with important information before the season starts.

As we continue to enhance and beautify our campus, we are excited to offer the opportunity to sponsor a tree on our school grounds through the OCS Commemorative Tree Campaign. This is a meaningful way for individuals, families, and organizations to honor someone special, remember a loved one, express gratitude, or celebrate a milestone.
All honorees will be recognized on a commemorative plaque displayed on campus, creating a lasting tribute within our community.

Parents are invited to join the Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF), a group dedicated to supporting our teachers and building community at OCS. Meetings are held on Thursday mornings at 8:00 AM in the Elementary Library. Whether you’re a returning parent or new to OCS, we’d love to have you join us—your voice and involvement make a difference! -

There are many ways for families to get involved at Oakland Christian School. Volunteering supports our faculty and staff, helps your family connect with the school community, and shows your child your commitment to quality education. Each family is required to contribute 20 service hours per year, tracked from May 1 to April 30. Hours reset on May 1 for the new school year. The Peer Tutoring program at Oakland Christian School provides students with extra academic support from fellow OCS students who are in good standing and eager to help others succeed. Tutoring is available Monday–Thursday from 3:20–3:50 p.m. The cost is $10 per session, paid directly to the tutor.
