  • Dutton Farm Charity Basketball Game

Oakland Christian is proud to continue its long-standing partnership with Dutton Farm for our annual charity basketball game. Founded by OCS graduates, Dutton Farm empowers and supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities right here in our community.

Join us Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 12:00–2:00 PM in the Main Gym as the OCS Lancers take the court alongside the Dutton Farm Farmers in a fun matchup. The event is run by our Leadership students in partnership with Dutton Farm, with funds raised through ticket donations, concessions, and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds support Dutton Farm’s programming.

This special event is one more way OCS seeks to care deeply and be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

  • The State of the School Annual Meeting

Please join us for our Annual State of the School Meeting on Monday, January 26 at 7:00 PM in the Main Gym. This is a valuable time for fellowship and an opportunity to hear about where God is leading Oakland Christian School and the exciting future ahead. All parents are encouraged to attend, and families who attend may log 2 family service hours.

Prior to the meeting, we invite families to gather for a time of community worship, from 6:30–6:50.

This event also kicks off re-enrollment for current families. A follow-up email with instructions and a re-enrollment link will be sent after the meeting. Open enrollment to the general public begins February 10, so we strongly encourage families to complete re-enrollment by February 9 to secure a spot for the 2026–27 school year.

We look forward to being together as a community and sharing what’s ahead for OCS.

    Junior Family Night Breakout:
Families of juniors are invited to attend a Junior Family Night beginning at 5:45. Parents and students will receive important information and begin working to jumpstart senior year preparation, including an overview of the Common App, college essays, and more. This session will be led by Amanda Kimosh, Academic Advisor, and is highly encouraged for all junior families.

  • Reminder: Priority Sibling Enrollment for 2026–27

Early Enrollment for the 2026–27 school year is open, and priority sibling enrollment is available for all grades for current families. We especially want to highlight this for families considering Jr. Kindergarten or Kindergarten, as these classes are filling quickly.

All applications should be submitted soon so developmental assessments or NWEA assessments can be completed by the end of January. Both the application and assessment must be finished by February 2 to receive an enrollment offer on February 10.

Applications can be started through your FACTS Family Portal (District Code: OCS-MI) by selecting Apply/Enroll → Application → Create a New Student Application.

Please Note: Re-enrollment for current students will open on Monday, January 26, following the State of the School meeting.

If you’re considering enrolling a younger sibling, we encourage you to begin the process now. Please reach out with any questions or if you’d like help getting started.
